Think of an executive coach as an experienced peer in your corner.
Through 1-to-1 coaching, you gain access to a seasoned senior executive (that’s me!) who's learned from their successes (and failures) to help produce your desired results.
I’m a walking, talking library of useful frameworks and tools that help my clients take powerful action—supporting you as you confidently move from experienced do-er to transformational leader.
Together, we'll
Set the Vision
Get clear about what kind of leader you want to be and what outcomes you are committed to, and get your team moving in the right direction.
Create the Sandbox
A brave space for you to work out your ideas, think bigger, and create small experiments that clear the way for big impact.
Shift the Culture
Cultivate healthier teams and move the mission forward in new ways. Make your mark.
How It Works
Being coached is an experience of real-time, applied learning that’s customized to the situations you face in your professional life.
A typical executive coaching engagement is 6 months, meeting weekly or every other week for one hour.
That’s the perfect amount of time to
-
Explore your most challenging topics in a private, judgment-free space
-
Clarify your leadership approach in sticky situations, and
-
Build on your existing suite of leadership skills.
Working together over several months lets you see the changes you’d like to achieve become part of your daily leadership.
What to Expect
At a typical coaching session, you'll bring a challenge or two that you’d like to work on together.
It could be anything you find frustrating, or that stands in the way of you being the most effective leader you know you can be.
Common pain points include:
-
Communications
-
Decision-making
-
Change management
-
Challenging working relationships
I’ll listen closely and ask questions to help you clarify and challenge your perspective. Sometimes I’ll introduce frameworks or new ways of thinking.
Together, we may think through some ways for you to experiment, and I can be your accountability partner.
Every session points back to progress on your big-picture goals.
